Terms of Use
- “Us”, “We” and/or “Our” in these General Terms and Conditions shall mean TravTrips (www.travtrips.com).
- “You”, “Your”, “Customer”, “Traveler” and/or “Passenger” shall refer to the person/s entering into a transaction, making a booking, or engaging the services of TravTrips in any capacity, be it through email, website, telephone or otherwise, on their own account, or on the behalf of others.
- “User Account” contains information about the User, provided by the Agent upon registration in TravTrips ( www.travtrips.com ), and stored by Al Rais Travel Agencies LLC. The access to the specific User Account is made by entering a Username and Password.
- “Username” is a unique Alpha-Numeric code used by the User for its identification in TravTrips ( www.travtrips.com ).
- “Password” is a code of letters, digits & symbols that together with the username uniquely identifies it.
- “Carrier” shall refer to any third-party provider, including but not limited to airline/s, land and sea travel providers, with whom you are also entering into an agreement with. These agreements are entered as a direct result of making a booking through us.
- “Supplier” is a legal entity providing the Services presented in TravTrips ( www.travtrips.com ).
- “Approve” and/or “Approval” shall refer to consent given by you via email, online or by telephone, on your own account or on the behalf of others for which you have authority.
- “Booking” shall mean any services and bookings made through us either online, by phone or in person.
- “Booked” shall mean a booking in progress which may not be confirmed or ticketed yet.
- “Ticketed” shall mean a booking is confirmed and ticketed.

- “Tickets” and/or “E-tickets” refer to a ticket issued with any airline, cruise ship, train or any other method of transportation.
- “Net Fare” shall refer to the net cost per ticket, quoted by the airline, less any agency commission or merchant fees.
- “Fares” and/or “Airfares” shall refer to the amount quoted for flights.
- “Fees” and/or “Charges” shall refer to amounts charged by TravTrips in addition to any airline/s fees and/or charges.
- The terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with our Travel Consultants (over the phone or by email) as well as online bookings made on www.travtrips.com

- Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website. It is also a condition of any booking or transaction that you have carefully read and have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions outlined, you should not complete your booking with this website.
- These Terms and Conditions and any other legal notices, policies and guidelines of TravTrips linked to these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between ‘you’ and ‘us’ relating to your use of our website, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written), claims, representations, and understandings of the parties regarding such subject matter and the terms and conditions may not be amended or modified except by making such amendments or modifications available on this website.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
- Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies).
- Terms and conditions may change at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website after any change means you have accepted the changed terms and conditions.
- TravTrips recommend you to contact the relevant carrier and/or authority, consulate, embassy or other government body to obtain the required information directly.
- When making a booking, please ensure that your name (and the name of any person(s) for whom you are making a booking) matches exactly the name as it appears in the passport.
- All Travelers shall arrange all the required travel documents before departure. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain and carry a valid passport and any other travel documents (including transit visas, on-entry visas, re-entry permits, international certificates of vaccination, etc.) which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities of origin/transit/arrival country.
- Please ensure you have a passport valid for the duration of your trip. A valid passport for international travel, that many countries, require at least 6 months validity from the date of travel/return. It is the Traveler’s responsibility to ensure they attain and have present all relevant visas that may be required on their travels.
- If you require information regarding visas, passports and other travel document requirements for your trip, you are required to contact the relevant authority, consulate, embassy or other government body to obtain the required information directly.
- If at any stage you obtain such information from our website, our Customer Support Team or any member of our staff, you shall understand and accept that this information is general in nature and is to be treated as such. It is your responsibility as a Traveler to confirm and check the validity and accuracy of information provided to you.
- The passenger accepts any and all responsibility in ensuring they have understood and prepared for all such requirements of their travel and accepts all consequences that may arise from failing to do so.
- A failure to travel with the correct documentation could result in the passenger being refused travel, entry to the country of their destination or stop-over or transit point, deportation or incarceration and in such circumstance(s) you will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage which you or we (or our agents or servants) incur. We accept no responsibility for customers who do not possess the correct documents and Visas.
- Any fines, penalties, payments, delays or expenditures incurred as a result of a Traveler’s documents not meeting the requirements of authorities will be the Traveler’s sole responsibility (except to the extent caused by fault on our part).
- We strongly recommend the purchase of adequate travel insurance to cover travel arrangements. It is recommended for all overseas travel.
- If the Traveler declines Travel Insurance, TravTrips will not be responsible in the event of any incidents pertaining to Travel Insurance Claims and will not be held responsible or accountable in any event.
- All prices are subject to availability and may vary without prior notice.
- Airfare is only guaranteed once a Ticket is issued. Please note that prices are subject to change by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, airfare increases and errors in fare prices.
- Non-Air Services (like hotel, transfer, tours, car rental, insurance & package rates) are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates might change without prior notice. Terms and Conditions will apply according to Supplier Terms and Conditions.
- Services are subject to confirmation and availability at the time of making the actual booking.
- Once payment is received, we shall then process the booking.
- Any aspect of the website or its content may change, including the availability of any suppliers, features, information, or other content, at any time without prior notice.
- We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information and price, however, errors do occasionally occur. Where a price is obviously incorrect due to a system error, we shall not be bound by such price.
- The prices and any discounts shown on our website are applicable to TravTrips only. It may vary from the prices offered for the same holidays by Al Rais Travel retail shops or other related businesses.
- All prices for UAE based hotels, transfers, tours, car rental, insurance, package, etc. are inclusive of VAT.
- Booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed. It is highly recommended to print a copy of the applicable booking conditions when making a booking.
- The fare and availability is subject to change. A reservation is not complete until a confirmed booking reference is provided, which will be after payment has been received and after the Supplier has confirmed your reservation.
- It is highly advised to take all necessary steps to ensure that your booking reference is kept confidential and secure. Please remember not to give your booking reference to anyone who is not a member of your immediate family.
- Some airports will levy an airport departure tax, which is payable by passengers at the airport locally. Information on these charges is not given through our quoted fares and is your sole responsibility.
- TravTrips takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification and disclosure.
- We may ask for you to verify your identity after you have received your receipt. Please ensure you look out for any follow-up emails or SMS messages.
- Should you receive a request for this additional identification information, a response must be received within the timeframe specified in the email, in order to issue your ticket for the price at which you purchased. The receipt of any emails after the stated time frame may result in auto-cancellation of your booking with no notice given.
- TravTrips reserves the right to, at any stage, cancel a booking and refund monies back to the original form of payment, should we deem any transaction potentially fraudulent.
- By selecting a Credit or Visa/Mastercard Debit Card as a means of payment, you confirm that you agree to the following conditions:
- If you make any payment by Credit or Debit Card, third-party supplier fees may apply. These will be displayed during the booking process on the payment page.
- If payment for the Services was made to us by Credit Card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your Credit Card payment. If you do charge back to your Credit Card for any reason where we had to pay an Airline, Hotel or other Travel Service Provider on your behalf (including but not limited to any double or duplicate booking made by you where we have suffered a loss as a result of this chargeback), we reserve the right to recover that debt from you directly or by handing this over to a debt collection agency and/or a lawyer for collection. You may also be liable for any legal or collection costs.
- Please make sure that you have supplied us with the correct Credit/Debit Card billing information. If you do not supply the correct Credit or Debit Card billing address and/or Cardholder information, the issue of your tickets may be delayed and the overall cost may increase. We do reserve the right to cancel tickets after issue, if payment is declined or if you have supplied incorrect Credit/Debit Card information.
- We also reserve the right to do random checks in order to minimize Credit/Debit Card fraud. As a result of this, before issuing tickets we may require you to provide us with a fax or postal copy of proof of address, as well as a copy of your Credit/Debit Card and a recent statement.
- It is your responsibility to be at the airport by check-in time and to have the correct visas and travel documents required. We will not be responsible for any loss as a result of a missed flight, arriving at the incorrect airport or terminal, or denied boarding for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, arriving late, not having the required visas or under the influence of alcohol.
- Some airlines will charge a ‘No Show’ Fee, if you do not arrive on time for the departure of your flight. To avoid No Show Charges, please ensure you cancel any flights you cannot or do not intend boarding, even if there is no Refund. You can cancel with us or with the airline directly via online or by phone.
- Airlines reserve the right to change their scheduled service at any time and departure times are not guaranteed.
- TravTrips strongly recommends you to always reconfirm airline’s flight schedule a minimum of 24 hours prior to departure. Though we will notify you of any such changes, there are times when we will not be advised by the Airline. We will not be held accountable for schedule changes in the event you have not reconfirmed your flights, at any stage.
- Travelers shall have total responsibility for any inconveniences caused by failure to reconfirm their flights. Schedule Changes are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
- In the case that a Change is applicable, the following TravTrips Fees will apply, in addition to any fees imposed by the Carrier:
- Changes to Domestic Bookings incur a fee of AED 50 per ticket in addition to supplier fees.Changes to Domestic Bookings incur a fee of AED 50 per ticket in addition to supplier fees.
- Changes to International Bookings incur a fee of AED 50 per ticket in addition to supplier fees.
- Refunds shall be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- A refund is at the discretion of the Carriers or Suppliers. When booking with us, all fares comply with the individual Carrier’s fare rules and Supplier's booking rules. Refunds can only occur in cases where the Carrier or Supplier states that it is a refundable or offering to make a full or partial refund.
- If your travel plans change and you must cancel your booking, please do so at the earliest possible time as many products have strict Cancellation and Refund Policies and in some cases are Non-Refundable (please refer to your booking Terms & Conditions for full details). If you do not cancel in advance, you may also incur a “No-Show Fee” in addition to any other supplier fees charged.

- If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, please either access your booking using our website, advising us of your specific requirements or you may call our Customer Support Team available 24 hours every day.
- In some situations, where requested, we may be able to assist with obtaining a refund (either total or partial from the Carrier/Supplier) where you change or cancel your booking. We will support applicable cases with Carrier/Supplier but cannot guarantee any success.
- Refunds where applicable, may take 07-14 working days to fully process. Approved special waivers may take longer for the Carrier/Supplier to process, depending on their individual policies.
- To the extent permitted by law, neither TravTrips nor any of its related bodies corporate, directors, employees or agents accepts any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control, force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
- TravTrips shall have no liability in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond its direct control, and shall have no responsibility for any additional expenses incurred the User in connection with the same.
- We shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the inability to use or performance of the website or any other Services. This shall extend to the loss suffered by the User due to delay or inability to use or access the website.
- We shall not be responsible or liable in any manner for any losses, damage, injuries or expenses incurred by the User as a result of any disclosures made by TravTrips, where the User has consented to the making of such disclosures. If the User has revoked such consent under the terms of the Privacy Policy, then we shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the User for any losses, damage, injuries or expenses incurred as a result of any disclosures made by TravTrips prior to its actual receipt of such revocation.
- Access to our website is conditional on your agreement that all information contained in it and all matters that arise between TravTrips and the “User” will be governed by the laws of UAE, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms and conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
- TravTrips will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- Multiple transactions transactions transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
